These American men explored an ‘abandoned cartel mansion’, which contained deserted Mercedes G-Wagens and a mysterious red room.
YouTuber Stringer Media and Silent Hills Explorations paid a visit to the eerie mansion.
Reportedly raided in 2015, this property has sat abandoned for over a decade, still retaining its grandeur.
And that’s not forgetting the second house sitting on the land.
There’s something undeniably fascinating about a deserted mansion
Plenty of YouTubers have ventured into empty houses over recent years.
Whether it’s an entire neighborhood of mega mansions in China or Johnny Depp’s deserted English retreat, there’s something simultaneously eerie and awesome about this content.

And along the way, there’s been plenty of cars uncovered too – just take a look at the supercars this YouTuber discovered on a late millionaire’s estate.
One prominent YouTuber within this field is Stringer Media, who has visited many properties in his time on the internet, including a mansion that belonged to a British secret agent and a private island in the Midwest.
This time around, it was an abandoned cartel mansion that was getting his attention.
And he wasn’t going there alone.

In its glory days, this home would have been filled with extravagant parties and would have been considered the high-life.
But owing to its resident’s alleged arrest, it now sits deserted and in a state of disrepair.

Pool water is now green, while the walls are adorned with graffiti and mold.

Unfortunately, the house had been wrecked by previous visitors, with kitchen drawers torn out and windows smashed.

But despite the damage, the sheer size of the house spoke for itself.

“It looks like a party house almost,” Stringer Media commented.
“Everyone’s saying the cartel owns this place and I believe it, because they have all these really expensive cars outside the front gate.”
One room caught his attention, but not for the right reasons.
There was a puddle on the floor which was somewhere between red, orange and brown in all one color.

Either way, it’s not exactly a color you want to see in a house rumored to be linked to the world of crime.
“Something bad might have happened here,” he said.
Regardless of what went down in this mansion, one thing is above dispute – it looked spectacular.
The grand ceilings and chandeliers must have looked fantastic in their prime.

What did the internet make of this abandoned cartel mansion?
Unfortunately, the guys didn’t get around to taking a closer look at the Mercedes G-Wagens on the property.
At one point, they noticed security cameras on the property and decided to make themselves scarce.
Still, the video provided a fascinating insight into a lifestyle that many of us could only dream of – albeit without the involvement in the cartel.
Viewers were intrigued by what they saw in the video.
“It always sucks when people have to go in and destroy it, and ruin it for other explorers,” one viewer said.
“It looks like a mob house. Certain aspects of the decor give it away,” another said.
Plenty of people were also on hand to assert that the reddish puddle wasn’t blood.
That’s a relief.
