There’s a house up for grabs in Peoria, Arizona, that looks absolutely normal from the outside, but it is hiding a fully-fledged mobile home on the inside.

As a matter of fact, you could say it’s a larger house built around a movable home or a camper trailer.

It’s hidden pretty well, but you can tell if you know what you’re looking for.

There’s also one part of this ‘property’ that totally gives it away, but it’s a job well done.

Arizona house comes with a big secret

This house for sale in Peoria, Arizona, is spread across a 6,491-square-foot lot, but a mobile home used as a base covers much less area.

It looks like any other place on the street, and you can’t tell it’s hiding a secret from the outside.

According to the listing, the house was built in 2000 and has been maintained throughout.

So, how do we know its secret?

Someone who visited the place made a video about it and posted it on their TikTok and Instagram accounts.

A woman who goes by the name @homesbypaulina took her followers on a tour of the home, telling them there was something off about the layout.

The mobile home was an immobile home

For a start, the real estate agent noted that it had an odd sized kitchen that resembled a corridor.

Fair enough, but what she showed next was more absurd.

One end of that corridor kitchen had windows on the inside, and a tiny room on the other side.

When she got to the room, she showed what looked like a utility room, but why would a kitchen have windows connecting to a closet-style utility room?

This was the giveaway — as the corridor was actually a motorhome or trailer’s cabin area.

Moreover, it seemed that structures were built around the mobile home on all four sides to keep it isolated from the outside.

We’ve seen our fair share of people converting their old trailers into mobile homes, and we’ve seen people transforming odd vehicles like airplanes into mobile home, but this is the first time we’ve seen a mobile home turned into an ‘immobile home’.

And it can be yours for $225,000 — if living in a converted property like this is your cup of tea.
