Continuing MI6’s love affair with British luxury engineering, the Aston Martin Valhalla is stealing the show in the next James Bond saga as the new supercar will headline the 007 First Light game.
Ever since 1964, when Sean Connery’s depiction of the English spy got behind the wheel of an Aston Martin DB5 in Goldfinger, the brand has supported James Bond’s every move.
But with the film series currently in a transition period after Daniel Craig hung up his pistol in No Time to Die, attention has turned to different media.
Specifically, 007 First Light will be the next instalment of the franchise, telling the story through a video game, and it will all be done with help from the Aston Martin Valhalla.

Aston Martin Valhalla stars as the official 007 First Light supercar
The Valhalla is the latest supercar to hail from the Gaydon, UK, factory, taking the torch from the Valkyrie.
First announced in December 2024, the new supercar debuted at the Goodwood Festival and on the streets of Monaco, courtesy of Fernando Alonso.
But despite his slicked-back hair, the Formula 1 agent is no James Bond.
And it’s only befitting that ahead of his next outing, the legendary character is fitted out with the best that Aston Martin has to offer.
In the new 007 First Light game, which will release on top-generation consoles on March 27, 2026, Bond will be getting an Aston Martin Valhalla to play with, which can be unlocked after enjoying other vehicles like the DBS.

The game will feature a brand-new story for James Bond (played by Patrick Gibson), rather than recreating the films, as Nintendo did with Goldeneye.
Continuing a 60-year-long James Bond legacy
The Aston Martin fleet has supported Bond for over 60 years.
The DB5 played a pivotal role in its many forms since the 1960s, and the British carmaker has been keen to keep us in touch with Bond, making special one-off supercars like the DB12 Goldfinger Edition.
The Valhalla will now take over from the DB5, V8 Vantage, and DBS Superleggera trio from No Time to Die, as IO Interactive continue this legacy.

“The reveal of Valhalla in 007 First Light marks one of the many steps our team is taking to honor the iconic cars that define the Bond legacy,” IO Interactive CEO Hakan Abrak said.
“Cars have always been at the core of the James Bond experience, reflecting his style, ingenuity, and daring personality.
“With the debut of Valhalla, players will encounter a machine that embodies that spirit, capturing the excitement of Bond’s world and the timeless elegance of his vehicles.”
