SBX Cars is selling a one-of-a-kind UFO cruiser that Supercar Blondie herself described as ‘out of this world’.

This is the 2015 Z-ROD Strada Glide Prototype UFO with a fabricated body by Maestro Jordi.

A three-wheel road-legal Cruiser from Marshall Pugh, this truly unique car owes its influence to a 2015 Piaggio MP3.

It’s going up for auction over at SBX, but don’t delay – this car is set to take off very soon.

This UFO car is coming to SBX Cars and it’s truly out of this world

This car is the creative brainchild of Marshall Pugh, the ex-Formula One promoter and racer.

He began with a lightweight Piaggio MP3 Yourban 300 LT, a three-wheeled reverse-trike renowned for its agile handling.

To get from that to a UFO car was quite the journey, as you’d imagine.

It received a custom exterior shaped by fabricator Maestro Jordi, as he made use of aluminum panels.

In addition to that, there were other neat details like bespoke livery, a faux leather cockpit-top surround, lighting, and custom exhaust routing.

Whilst it’s billed as a supercar, it drives like a motorcycle, thanks to its multi-tilt dual front-wheel suspension.

It can also be legally parked in any motorcycle zone, which is undeniably handy.

Plus, it just looks really cool – and will certainly start up a conversation anytime you pull up to a party.

What you need to know about the Z-ROD

The Z-ROD is currently based in Mallorca, Spain, and has 2,961km (1,839 miles) on the clock.

Alongside the vehicle, the winning bid will get a Spanish registration certificate.

The seller will assist, if required, with obtaining any documentation needed for exporting.

At the buyer’s expense, the seller will also assist with the design and assembly of a transport crate if required.
