A Burger King billionaire just made waves in Spain – literally – with his superyacht named ‘Anawa’.

In the port city of Vigo, locals looked up to see a sleek green hull slicing through the morning light.

203 feet of steel and silence, built to cross the planet.

And somewhere on deck, Jorge Paulo Lemann – the man behind Burger King, Heinz, and a $26 billion fortune – was taking in the view.

Anawa: the $100 million explorer that turned heads in Vigo

Built by Damen Yachting, the $100 million ‘Anawa’ is a SeaXplorer 65.

Part expedition vessel, part floating fortress, and every inch of it built for range.

Beneath the steel hull, twin Caterpillar C32 engines push her to 16 knots with a 6,000-nautical-mile reach and Polar Class rating for ice.

Delivered in 2020, right as the world shut down, it’s been roaming ever since.

A ship designed to reach the edges of the map and look good doing it.

There’s a hangar for Lemann’s private helicopter, a garage for a submarine and sailboats, plus a dive store and crew of 20 for 12 guests.

And the helideck converts into a 1,600-square-foot dance floor that can hold 100 people, or a basketball half-court when the party ends.

For Lemann, whose empire stretches from fast food to finance, it’s the perfect expression of quiet power.

Built not to flaunt, but to go anywhere.

Not the only billionaire making waves

And Lemann’s not alone in redefining excess at sea.

Sports mogul Shahid Khan just took delivery of a 400-foot Lürssen ‘Kismet’ with its own submarine, spa waterfall, and pickleball court.

Then there’s Mark Zuckerberg, whose $300 million ‘Launchpad’ spent 80 straight days in repair after he apparently enjoyed it a little too much.

The 387-foot Feadship was spotted leaving France’s La Ciotat shipyard last month, freshly refitted and ready to cross the Atlantic.

From tech titans to burger barons, the billionaire yacht club just keeps getting bigger.

And the ocean? A little more crowded.
