A Californian YouTuber found himself on an incredible secret road while driving through Death Valley in his Honda S2000 sports car.

YouTuber Conner from mellow_conner has been on an epic road trip in his S2000, and recently he reached Death Valley, which is the lowest place in North America.

Not sure what to expect, he found an incredible array of roads in the area, which were perfect for his sports car and allowed him to really enjoy the drive.

It might have been a surprise, but it was also a very welcome one for the YouTuber.

The Honda S2000 was perfect for the secret road in Death Valley

At first, Conner was presented with a straight and mellow-looking road as he headed towards Death Valley.

But as he got closer, things started to change as the road became twistier and more interesting.

There were almost constant left-and-right turns, with not much time on any form of straights.

Given that the Honda S2000 is a sports car built for cornering, it was the perfect place to drive the sports car.

Some of the corners were spectacular, as they show the YouTuber weaving through canyons.

Making the road even better was the spectacular scenery that was on offer all around.

It was quite clear that the Death Valley road had massively surprised Conner with how good it was.

The road took the YouTuber by surprise

The road was nine miles long in total, and it really blew Conner away.

Weaving through the hills and rock formations made for spectacular viewing.

The twists of the road were perfect for the S2000.

You were also reminded of how dry the area was when you weren’t on the twisty roads.

Death Valley is very deserted, with dead plants and dry bushes all around the area.

It will come as no surprise, then, to learn that Death Valley is the hottest place on Earth during the summer.

Despite how spartan the area was, it looked like a great place to drive, and Conner clearly enjoyed himself.

It might be that he has found, quite by accident, one of the greatest driving roads in the world.
