This is the Hongqi E-HS9, a Chinese electric SUV with over 500 hp and a super impressive interior.
It looks great and, more to the point, it gives you access to plenty of power to play with.
Supercar Blondie’s Dominika Sofroniciova has actually driven it, check it out here!

The E-HS9 is a full size electric SUV measuring more than five meters in length.
It also rides on 21-inch wheels – adding to its impressive stance.

Meanwhile, the front section is a festival of lights, featuring a Rolls-Royce-style grille and Lincoln-style headlights.
It has lower headlights, upper LED daytime running lights, and LED strips that extend across the grille.
According to the company, the centrally-mounted red strip at the front was designed specifically as a tribute to the brand, because Hongqi is Chinese for ‘red flag’.
There are more red flag references on the sides, as well as on the taillights.

The charging dock is located right above the front wheel arch on the left-hand side of the car.
Meanwhile at the rear, you’ll find some cool LEDs on the C-pillar that light up when you plug in the car to show you the charging status of your car.
Interior
When you open the doors, which are unfortunately not suicide doors, you’ll be introduced to a surprisingly lavish cabin.
It has plenty of headroom, legroom, and four screens.
You’ve got an instrument cluster right in front of the driver, the infotainment screen in the center and a screen for the passenger.
All three measure 16.1 inches.
The fourth screen is located in the center console and it incorporates what is perhaps the coolest feature of the car.
Right at the center of the screen, you’ll find a button that says ‘start’.
No surprises, that’s to start the engine.

Speaking of the engine, it delivers 543 hp and 527 lb-ft of torque, giving it a 0-60 time of five seconds.
Not bad for a car that weighs 2.6 tons.
This car is already available in Europe as well as in Asia.
And the hongqi e-hs9 price? The Hongqi E-HS9 costs $114,000.
