Dennis Washington’s $200 million AV superyacht has just parked up at the San Francisco waterfront, and it’s captivating those lucky enough to catch a glimpse of it.

Montana’s richest man, Dennis Washington, arrived in San Francisco from Vancouver on his enormous superyacht.

The yacht was originally built as Palladium for tycoon Mikhail Prokhorov before it was sold in 2022 and renamed the Attessa V.

One look at this superyacht, and you’ll understand why it’s garnering so much attention.

The AV superyacht is a true giant of the seas

It’s little wonder that this luxury superyacht has caught the attention of onlookers in San Francisco.

The exterior and interior were both designed by Michael Leach Design Ltd.

That company won a World Superyacht Award in 2011.

It’s easy to see why, too, given the flowing lines and sleek nature of the Attessa V.

Measuring 312ft, it’s easy to see why the yacht dwarfs everything else on the water.

Photos of the superyacht have emerged on Reddit, showing it docked in port in San Francisco.

Speculation was rife as to who the vessel belonged to before a few users recognized the ship.

While the exterior is impressive, the interior is where you’ll find the ultimate luxury.

The yacht’s interior is something special

Inside, the yacht feels almost like it’s straight out of the 1930s rather than the 2020s, but in a good way.

At a cost of around $200 million, the interior features deep brown hues, as well as retro lights and furnishings, including tables and chairs.

The dining area can sit 18 people comfortably, and this is the centerpiece room.

But the bedrooms are equally lavish, with large beds and windows and more retro-esque design work.

For those who really love to relax and unwind, there is also a cinema lounge.

No billionaire superyacht would be complete without the accompanying helipad.

In total, the AV can accommodate 24 guests, with 12 spacious cabins, and it boasts a crew of 33.

Operating the yacht isn’t cheap, as its two MTU engines require 128,400 gallons of fuel.

But for someone like Dennis Washington, that probably isn’t a problem at all.
