DoorDash driver surprised after 100,000 deliveries with new car as ultimate reward for the grind

A DoorDash driver received the ultimate prize for his grind as he earned himself a new car, a Cadillac Escalade, as a reward for completing over 100,000 deliveries.
Publication Kalshi gifted the driver a new car after he reached 100,000 deliveries, respecting his grind to reach the milestone number.
On top of that, there was an added incentive as a market question was posed as to whether he would make 200,000 deliveries by 2028.
In order to help him get to that incredible number, a new Cadillac was gifted to the driver, which could make the next stage of the grind much easier.

How the DoorDash driver earned his new car
Prediction-market platform Kalshi was stunned to learn of the driver’s achievements.
Known as Mantis, he had recently hit 100,000 deliveries for the food delivery company.
As a reward for his hard work, the company gifted the driver a brand new Cadillac Escalade SUV.
The Caddy is a luxury SUV, so he’ll certainly be able to complete his work in plenty of comfort.
The gift also came with an added incentive.
Kalshi predicted that he would be able to make 200,000 deliveries by the year 2028.
They even staked a market claim on this achievement.
There is no mention of what gift he might receive should he achieve this goal, though.
But the delivery driver could well be set to earn himself another car in just two more years.

The driver has earned other gifts for his deliveries
It would appear that the company itself has recognized the driver’s achievements.
A couple of weeks ago, DoorDash sent him a custom Nike Tech Fleece for passing 100,000 deliveries.
So his efforts have certainly been recognized.
However, we think he might be much happier with a brand new Cadillac Escalade as a reward.
Mantis also posted on his Instagram account a video of him receiving the car from Kalshi.
In the video, he stated that he wanted to be the greatest DoorDash delivery driver in history.
We think he may have already taken that milestone.
In an apt video, he completed his first delivery in the new car after he received it.
The icing on the cake was that the Cadillac was finished in the eye-catching DoorDash red.
