Florida mom asks for 'cool car' to surprise her son and the whole community pulls up with police-escorted parade

There’s a mom in Florida who wanted to surprise her 4-year-old son with a supercar on his birthday.

Her idea was relatively modest as she simply wanted a supercar to show up.

Amazingly, the community came through big time.

And she ended up with a parade of exotic and luxury cars.

She’d have been happy with one car, but every supercar in Florida showed up

The Floridian woman tried reaching out to the community in her neighborhood to see if anybody could show up with a luxury car or a sports car to surprise her son.

She’d have been happy with one, but in the end, it felt like every supercar owner in Florida had reported for duty.

Florida resident Nadja Jovanovic took to social media to share the result, and it was absolutely stunning.

Among others, we counted several BMW M models, a couple of Porsches, including more than one 911, a Mercedes AMG GT, and a Lamborghini Aventador.

And the craziest part is that these cars showed up with a police escort.

We’re certain the little boy will remember this birthday forever.

Kudos to the mom, and kudos to all the car owners who showed up.

This was probably the ‘best’ state to pull this off

Broadly speaking, it’s fair to say that Florida is the best state in the Union if what you’re looking for is a sports car.

It’s also – along with California and Texas – the most private jet-friendly state, but that’s a different conversation.

Florida is consistently ranked as one of the top two states in the US for ‘supercar density’, so to speak.

Obviously, there are also specific ‘zip code bubbles’, because in places like Miami or Palm Beach, there are more high-performance cars per capita than anywhere else, excluding maybe Dubai and Monaco.

So putting together a fleet like that in, say, Wyoming or Nebraska might have been a little harder.
