In a bid to get to the bottom of the divisive Ford eBike, which has split opinions between the mountain bike and Ford Bronco communities, this expert has given his honest review.
The Ford Bronco is one of America’s most beloved vehicular series.
The brand combined the aggression of a wild west beast with the most prestigious and sturdy engineering that Ford boasts.
But how would it work as a bike?

New Bronco-inspired Ford eBike splits opinions after its reveal
Ford has been pushing the Bronco far and wide in 2025. Dressed up to the nines, the new fleet of vehicles is stellar.
But its latest venture has taken the series so far off-road that no car could ever compete.
That’s because the Ford eBike is nothing like anything they’ve ever made.
But as the two-wheeler is more of an electric vehicle than a bike, with people claiming that its pedals are the only thing separating it from a motorbike.

That’s the initial introduction to the Ford eBike from expert Berm Peak Express, who also revealed that the typical Ford Bronco boxy appearance had initially put people off.
But while it might not be for everyone, does it still function as an electric bike should?
Mountain bike expert unpacks the Bronco eBike pros and cons
In a new upload on YouTube, Berm Peak Express has now given us his honest opinion on the Ford eBike after running it through the woods on off-road dirt tracks.
With a heavy frame and a rigid seat that doesn’t adjust, the Ford Bronco bike is rideable and passes through a number of obstacle courses with ease.

But, the sheer weight of the 68 lbs Ford eBike comes with limitations, and the electric ‘throttle’ has yet to put enough power through the bank to kick it into gear quickly.
While a software update could fix this, the keen biker claims that the bike is a difficult challenge.
Still, if you’re not a full-time mountaineer and are more of a Ford Bronco fan who fancies some forest time, there’s a lot to like about its appearance and basic functionality.
