A Georgia woman has been left in an emotional state after her interaction with Toyota.
Thankfully, this isn’t because of any negative experience with the brand.
On the contrary, the emotion is actually the result of a positive response to a unique campaign.
And it could lead this Georgia woman to getting a new car that she desperately needs.

Georgia woman engages in TikTok Toyota campaign
Today’s Toyota-focused story comes to us from the great state of Georgia.
And it is actually quite a heart-warming story – for the corporate car world, that is.
Jessica Higgs is the Georgia woman in question who finds herself at the centre of this story.
The Dalton, Georgia, mom is a regular, almost daily uploader to the TikTok platform.
For the past two months, Higgs has been posting about her Toyota on a daily basis.

The TikTok creator has created more than 70 posts on the platform discussing her current car.
Higgs has been candid and open about the ‘worn out’ status of her current Toyota hatchback.
Her current car has a hole in the floor, so it isn’t the most family-friendly option.
As a result, the Georgia woman sent Toyota an offer – she would work for them in exchange for a new car.
Japanese marque actually responds – to Higgs’ amazement
To her unending shock and joy, Higgs actually received a response from Toyota.
The email that the Georgia woman received didn’t actually include a set of keys to a new car.
But it did come from an executive office administrator who acknowledged her proposal.
The response email confirmed it was being reviewed and asked for two more business days before delivering a decision.

“I’m crying, because they could have easily declined my proposal. Instead of her sending a denied letter, she said that she needs two more business days, and I’m gonna take that as a win,” she says.
“I’m gonna take that as there’s still a chance.”
A few days later, the Georgia woman posted an update regarding her Toyota crusade.
The brand stuck to its word by following up, but it confirmed that it couldn’t actually offer her a new car.
Instead, they pointed her toward other departments and programs that might help her secure a used vehicle.
It appears that this Georgia woman’s crusade will go on at least a little bit longer.
