Pagani produces some of the most amazing hypercars in the world.
The Italian marque is renowned for going big and going loud.
A video recently surfaced of one of its models ripping up a track.
And it might just be the world’s loudest car.

Pagani is a brand that sits atop the supercar industry among rarefied company.
Horacio and Co. have made some truly incredible cars over the past 25 years.
1999 saw Pagani release the Zonda – and the supercar world sat up and took notice.
Its Mercedes-AMG-tuned engine remains one of the best-sounding engines of all time.
The Italian brand would release the Huayra to take over the reins of the Zonda.
It’s also proven to be extraordinarily successful and enduring.
Like its predecessor, the Pagani Huayra is also powered by a Mercedes-AMG-tuned, twin-turbo V12.
Said 6.0-liter, twin-turbo V12 produces a 730HP symphony of noise.
It also happens to produce a 0-60 time of just 3.2 seconds.
Like all Pagani cars, the Huayra comes in dozens of special edition models.
And it’s the Pagani Huayra R Evo Roadster that is the star of this story.

The YouTube channel carwow recently headed to the iconic Spa-Francorchamps track in Belgium.
Channel presenter Mat was at the legendary track to test a truly special hypercar.
In fact, this Pagani Huayra R Evo Roadster could be the world’s loudest car.
Mat found himself at Spa for a special, invite-only, track day event for the brand.
He even spoke to Francesco Perini, Pagani’s Chief Technical Officer, about this car.
Perini explained that the brand wanted to reimagine the driving experience.
And it began taking inspiration from Le Mans cars of the 1960s and 1970s.
Amazingly, this Huayra R Evo Roadster is so loud that it comes with mufflers.
This is so it doesn’t get banned from tracks for violating noise regulations.
This 900HP behemoth is so powerful that Mat had to undergo simulator training before being allowed in it.

Simulator training proves to be an…interesting experience to say the least.
Finally, Mat headed out onto the track with his assigned driving coach from Pagani.
When he finally opened the taps, we experienced the full symphony of noise.
And it was an absolutely earth-shatteringly glorious experience.
Mat got the chance to do several laps of the legendary F1 track.
And he started to truly get to grips with this behemoth of a supercar.
After struggling on the simulator, Mat was able to flow the Huayra through the famous Eau Rouge bend.
He ended his day by sitting down with the man himself, Horacio Pagani.
Horacio explains that beauty was a big priority in designing the Huayra R Evo Roadster.
After being asked about electrification, he admitted that the projects of other brands must be studied.
However, it doesn’t appear to be on the horizon for Pagani at the moment.
And with engines like this, who can blame them.
