A viral video showing a Lamborghini Huracán struggling to navigate a rough road in India has ignited a firey debate.
Most of the time money stands in the way of many people ever owning a supercar, but there’s more to it in India.
The streets are often in bad shape, with potholes and speed bumps everywhere.
And because of that, this clip has sparked quite a reaction on social media.

Viral video of Lamborghini Huracán driving on a rough road
In the video, uploaded by GM Pawan, we see a Hyundai SUV driving behind the Lamborghini Huracán.
While the Hyundai SUV navigated the bumps with ease, the Lamborghini was fighting for its life.
It was a tough watch.
And because of this, many took issue with the fact someone chose to drive a performance vehicle of this caliber on such a poor road.
Supercars like the Lamborghini Huracán have a low-slung design and a low ground clearance.
These cars are made and engineered for smooth highways and tracks.
Although the Lamborghini Huracán Sterrato is specifically made for off-roading, and it might have fared better here.
However, Lamborghini’s stiff suspensions, low ground clearance, and wide tires make these cars ill-suited for uneven surfaces.
Not an off-road supercar
Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time we have seen a supercar attempt to navigate a road like this.
This Lamborghini Huracán owner tried to turn his car into a rally car, and the result was rough.
It’s quite a shame to see a supercar being treated like this, and it seems the comment section agrees.
“That is the reason [people] don’t buy supercars in India, only buy SUVs,” one user said.
“In India, a Hyundai is more practical than a Lamborghini,” another added.
So if you want to buy a supercar and drive it on rough roads, we recommend that you go for the Lamborghini Urus, Sterrato, or something with high ground clearance.
But if you’re lucky enough to own a supercar like this and don’t care about scraping the underside, that’s your prerogative.
