This Lamborghini driver had the ultimate comeback when someone tried to shame him for parking in a disabled bay.

An image of a Lamborghini Huracán EVO made its way onto a local Facebook group in the UK.

As it was parked in a parking spot reserved for disabled drivers, the image prompted a backlash of accusations that the driver had parked there dishonestly.

In the end, the driver spoke out and shut down all the critics.

How this Lamborghini driver got the last laugh after his parking was criticized

This story begins in the town of Torquay, Devon, located in the south west of England.

A Lamborghini Huracán EVO was parked up in a disabled bay.

In the UK, these bays are designed extra wide to allow drivers with additional needs to have more room to comfortably get in and out of their vehicles.

Someone saw this Lambo parked up and snapped a picture of it, sharing it to a local Facebook group with a critical comment.

“Have Lamborghini so will park however and wherever I like, even if that means depriving a disabled person of a space,” the post read.

From there, other people piled in to dish their own set of criticisms towards the driver.

“Parking like that will get him a ticket,” one wrote.

“If you’re rich enough, a fine is just how much it costs to park somewhere,” another commented.

There’s an underlying assumption here – the person who owns this Lamborghini must be depriving a disabled person of a parking spot.

To park in a disabled bay without a valid blue badge in your windshield is illegal in the UK, and can result in a parking fine.

However, the car’s owner got the last laugh, as he shared an image of himself next to his vehicle.

He had his blue badge on hand and his prosthetic leg on full display.

Alongside the photo, he wrote:

“A picture for all my fans.”

Now that’s what we call a mic drop moment.

This led the person who originally started up the backlash to apologize, as they conceded that the blue badge had been missed on the dashboard.

Parking isn’t as straightforward as it may seem

When it comes to parking your car, you just want to know it’s in a safe spot and you’re not going to come back to see a ticket slapped on the windscreen.

But unfortunately, it’s not always so simple.

For one man, he found himself with four parking fines after he came back from vacation to find that a disabled bay had been painted around his car.

And we’ve seen people go to extreme lengths to be able to park their car.

That meant spending $1.3 million on a parking spot for one Hong Kong resident.

But parking doesn’t have to always be this way.

Over in China, a new concept car has a revolutionary way of parking that could save drivers a lot of headaches.
