Incredible footage captures commercial airliners, including Boeing and Airbus planes, flying low over a residential street near London Heathrow Airport.
In the clip, which was shared on the Topfelya YouTube channel, planes can be seen swooping down low in thick fog as they make their way towards the airport.
If you’ve ever been on the ground as a plane is taking off or landing, you’ll know it’s not exactly whisper-quiet, but there are actually strict sound limits for ground operations, and airlines face fines and penalties if found in violation.
Nonetheless, we can’t imagine it’s too easy to get a decent night’s sleep on the street shown in the video above – check it out for yourself.
