In a recent POV video, the Tesla Model S Plaid can be seen conquering the German Autobahn and reaching its V-Max.

The top speed of the car is put to the test – and the Tesla Model S Plaid did not disappoint.

While the car might not look that speedy, it can easily outstrip most cars on the road.

Tesla Model S Plaid reaching V-Max on Germany’s Autobahn

The video of the Tesla Model S Plaid was uploaded on the official YouTube channel of AutoTopNL.

It shows multiple acceleration tests demonstrating its incredible power.

It accelerates from 86 km/h to 217 km/h (55 mph to 135 mph) with ease and then ups the ante to 267 km/h (166 mph) in no time.

The EV reaches its electronically-limited top speed in just 14 seconds.

And, while other cars would roar and rev their engines to reach such speeds, the Tesla Model S Plaid does it all in near silence.

The Model S Plaid can reach 0-97 km/h (0-60 mph) in around 1.9 seconds.

While certainly not the fastest, it’s way beyond the capabilities of most cars.

To give you an idea of how amazing that is, the Tesla Model S Plaid even defeated a Bugatti Divo in a drag race.

Tesla cars are made different

In another amazing speed comparison, a Reddit user compared the Tesla Model S Plaid to a roller coaster ride in Scandinavia.

They revealed that while the ride was wild and super fast, it was slower than the acceleration of this Tesla car.

But it’s not just about Model S Plaid – Tesla cars are made different.

From their Roadster revolving in space to Cybertruck beating Porsche 911 in a drag race, Tesla cars have always come up with new surprises.

With their cars leading the future, Tesla continues to amaze us with every innovation.
