This $440m penthouse in Monaco is the world’s most expensive luxury home.
The Sky Penthouse in Tour Odéon is luxury reimagined.
It spans across five floors and has hotel-like services on offer, too.
But, perhaps the most impressive feature is the view of the French Riviera.

Luxury property comes in all different shapes and sizes.
From huge, sprawling mansions to singular apartments, the world is your oyster when you’re earning the big bucks.
For example in Michigan, there’s an $8.7 million mansion for sale that comes with a 10-car garage and its own drive-thru car wash.
Plus, this $6.2M Florida mansion comes with a luxury ‘toy’ collection, including a Ferrari and a Harley.
But this luxury home might just top them all.
Enter the Sky Penthouse at the very top of Tour Odéon.

When you picture Monaco, you’ll often think of superyachts, flashy supercars, shopping, and Formula One.
However, the country is also renowned for its low tax rates and has attracted millionaires and business tycoons who now call it home for years.
The Tour Odéon building is truly the epitome of luxury and is – quite simply – an incredible luxury home.
“Floor-to-ceiling glass walls and elegant private terraces allow residents to bask in the south of France’s glorious, natural light – and enjoy unparalleled, panoramic views of its breathtaking coastline, the building’s website states.
“Alberto Pinto’s timeless sophisticated interiors compliments and enhances one’s enjoyment of the stunning 360 degree views of Monaco and the shimmering waters of the Mediterranean,” it continues.
Located at the very top of the sprawling building is the Sky Penthouse, and the views really are unrivalled.
Inside, there’s a private infinity pool that can be reached by a slide from the balcony.

Plus, alongside the five meticulously designed bedrooms are three bedrooms to house the staff – so it quite literally caters for everyone.
The opulent tower spans five floors and was developed by Groupe Marzocco.
There are also hotel-like services and features on offer, including a valet, spa, concierge, and even a business center.
“The Tour Odéon’s 170 meters touch the Monaco sky like an architectural star. It is the Principality’s highest building, a slender, sculptural work, all lightness and transparency, which blends wonderfully into the Mediterranean blue,” explained Groupe Marzocco.
Monaco is a destination loved by the rich and famous for many different reasons.
The unparalleled views of the French Riviera and selection of luxury shops and restaurants draw many billionaires in.
In fact, Bernard Arnault, who was once the world’s richest man has a huge superyacht that was spotted in the harbor ahead of the Grand Prix this weekend.
All of this comes at a hefty price tag, though – a rumoured $440 million.
