The most powerful Bentley ever made, a Bentley SUV with exceptional Bentley performance and a new Bentayga V8 engine, is set to debut on June 2.

Bentley has confirmed the upcoming model will feature more power than the W12-powered Bentayga Speed.

The Speed already produced 626HP and hit 60MPH in 3.8 seconds, so this new version will need serious firepower.

The result is expected to redefine the limits of what a luxury SUV can deliver in terms of performance and sound.

The all-new Bentley Bentayga will use a twin-turbocharged V8 that Bentley confirms will not be hybridized, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to traditional power for this flagship variant.

Despite the company’s ongoing transition toward electrification, this particular Bentley SUV is being designed to cater to enthusiasts seeking mechanical engagement.

It will also be the best sounding model yet, with Bentley highlighting its all-new sport exhaust, marked by distinctive elliptical tailpipes that exit through a redesigned rear diffuser.

A teaser image of the rear confirms these visual and acoustic updates, previewing a vehicle aimed at commanding attention both visually and aurally.

Beyond power, Bentley has also revealed that this model will introduce a more extreme Electronic Stability Control system featuring a new “ESC Dynamic” mode.

This setup will enable what Bentley calls ‘exhilarating drift angles,’ a first for any Bentley SUV and a notable leap in driver-focused technology.

It’s a direct signal that this version of the Bentayga V8 isn’t just about speed in a straight line but also about control, agility, and delivering an emotional driving experience.

Combined with the Bentley performance reputation and luxury appointments expected from the brand, this launch promises to be one of the most significant SUV debuts of the year.

The current Bentley SUV lineup includes the Bentayga Hybrid, Bentayga S, Bentayga Speed, and Bentayga EWB Mulliner, each serving a distinct niche within the ultra-luxury space.

However, none of them are expected to match the sheer power and sound of this new Bentayga V8, which Bentley is calling the most powerful Bentley in its history.

The June 2 reveal will confirm just how far the brand has pushed the performance boundaries for the most powerful Bentley.

Until then, this upcoming model remains one of the most anticipated releases in the Bentley performance world, and it might just be the brand’s loudest, fastest, and most focused SUV to date.
