Nebraska YouTuber secretly modifies his wife's Chevy Tahoe daily driver and she gawps in disbelief

One Nebraska automotive YouTuber seems to really enjoy modifying cars.
And this time, it’s not even his car that he’s working on.
He managed to get his hands on his wife’s Chevy Tahoe SUV.
And you will not believe the end result of the work he did on the Tahoe.

Cleetus McFarland is one of the biggest automotive content creators in America.
The Omaha, Nebraska native got his start in automotive content all the way back in 2009.
Since then, his channel and content have grown rapidly, building a devoted fanbase online.
We recently covered some of Cleetus’ exploits at his own raceway in Florida.
He took on motorsport legend Travis Pastrana – who went on to win his annual showcase.
Today, Cleetus is making waves for a slightly different reason.
In fact, he has gotten full access to his wife’s Chevy Tahoe SUV – her daily driver.
And he plans to spice it up a lot – by adding well over 200HP to it.
The YouTuber plans to surprise his wife for Mother’s Day – by boosting the power of her SUV. Although it definitely won’t have the power of this SUV – because it makes you bow before you can get in.
Back to his wife’s car, and Cleetus and his crew began by making some initial engine modifications.
They added a new exhaust system at the back, which makes the Tahoe sound ‘like a [Corvette] Z06.’
The crew also added a supercharger to the engine, which they estimated would increase output to around 150HP.
Cleetus then took his wife’s Tahoe out of the garage to test it on a launch.
And it did indeed launch – almost like a drag car off the line, in fact.
After hearing the tyres squeal underneath, Cleetus laughed and appreciated his work.
At which point, Cleetus’ wife showed up after practicing in a race car.
To say that she wass surprised is, perhaps, the understatement of the year.
That being said, she seemed delighted at the noise and power of her upgraded SUV.
And the video ended with Cleetus and his wife sharing an embrace.
