It might not look like much to look at, but a simple office-style building in Ohio is actually the home of an impressive collection of more than 50 vintage muscle cars.

This Ohio collection features muscle cars from brands such as Mustang, Ford, and Shelby, with some notable finds including a 1970 Calypso Coral Boss 429.

Featured in a YouTube video posted by Jerry Heasley, the impressive collection from Signature Auto in Columbus, Ohio sees some notable vintage muscle cars that has even the most hardened of petrolheads drooling.

This video was first posted in September 2018 and has now had over 720,000 views.

The impressive collection of muscle cars in Ohio

This isn’t the first time that an impressive car collection has been hiding behind a seemingly boring or drab facade. In fact, a collection of 85 vintage muscle cars is currently housed in a special barn on a Costa Mesa farm.

Another collection, considered to be one of the largest, sees hundreds of classic cars in a barn in Washington – otherwise known as the America Car Museum.

In this video, it shows the drab building which most people might easily ignore.

Yet once inside it’s a treasure trove of cars, including a 68 Shelby GT500 Convertible and various Ford Mustang Boss 302s and a 429.

The collection just appears to go on and on as the owner of Signature Auto explains the history behind each vehicle.

Viewer reactions to this amazing collection

Viewers have been wowed by the collection, as one person commented on the YouTube video: “That 70 light blue boss 302 is probably my favorite. Love the wheels on it. It just looks stout.”

Another shared: “An absolutely EXCEPTIONAL collection of ‘Blue Ovals.’ This place is literally a GOLD MINE $$$.”

“Not a Ford guy but I appreciate the rarity of these cars. Especially the unusual colors of paint and interior designs. The stories behind these cars are what draws me to videos like these,” posted another.

A fourth added: “You can watch this every few months and its still amazing.”

Yet some pointed out that the cars were just sitting in the space, rather than being driven.

One person commented: “The only thing that bothers me about collections like this is that the cars are not being enjoyed. I would love to own a classic muscle car but I would drive it.”

Other car collections in unlikely places

This isn’t the first time an impressive car collection has been shared online.

Billionaire American farming couple Ted and Rae Segerstrom have a collection of around 85 vintage muscle cars just sitting on their Costa Mesa farm.

The collection some of the rarest cars on the planet, including the legendary 1968 Shelby GT500KRs, valued at an impressive $800,000.

Another collection is the America Car Museum, owned by the LeMay family. Housing true pieces of car history like the 1919 REO Speedwagon Stackebed and the 1927 Mack Donkey Log Skidder Truck, the collection has hundreds of vehicles on display.

It’s not just cars either, as there’s also firetrucks, army trucks, delivery trucks and so much more.
