Owner gives his Lamborghini Huracán a rough ride by turning it into rally car

  • This Lamborghini  Huracán was put through its paces on a dirt road
  • It looked as if the owner wanted to see if it would make it as a rally car
  • Needless to say, it was a rocky ride

This Lamborghini Huracán owner tried to turn his car into a rally car with interesting results.

Interesting being the operative word here, as the Italian supercar was put through its paces on a dirt track.

A wet dirt road with potholes, mind you – it isn’t pretty.

A seriously unconventional rally car

In a video shared to social media by supercar.fails, a Huracán is shown speeding down a dirt road somewhere in Brazil.

Suffice to say, it looks like a bumpy ride.

Viewers get to see an outside view of the car whizzing over pot holes, and a look from the interior as the driver is bumped around inside.

Given that there doesn’t appear to be any modifications on the Lambo, it would be safe to assume that it took a bit of a bashing.

However, in the twelve seconds of footage, nothing appears to break down or malfunction.

Alternatives to the Huracán

If somebody was insistent on doing some dirt track racing in a Lambo, there are some alternatives they could consider.

Take the Lamborghini Huracán Sterrato as a prime example of that.

This car can handle dirt roads and off-roads like nobody’s business.

It has jacked-up suspension, dedicated wheels and tires, underbody protection and fender flares.

Much like the standard Huracán, the Sterrato has a 5.2L V10 engine, giving it 601hp.

All whilst people are modifying their Lambos to make them sturdier, Lamborghini are teasing the release of their next car, supposedly called the Temerario.

Whilst this name hasn’t been explicitly confirmed, a trademark was filed for this name earlier this year.

It’s due to be unveiled later this month, with deliveries likely to commence in the following months.

It remains to be seen whether or not it’ll soon be making appearances in dirt road videos.
