The first Pagani penthouse was just unveiled in Miami, and it comes with an unbelievable ‘free’ perk.

The penthouse is a spectacular 12,200-square-foot abode with five bedrooms, or four, depending on which one you pick, and ensuite elevators.

It’s very, very expensive.

But you do get an outstanding free gift to sweeten the deal.

These penthouses have terraces that are larger than most apartments

Pagani Residences just unveiled the world’s first Pagani-branded penthouses.

We’re talking about two duplex penthouses with five and four bedrooms, coming in a $30 million and $28.5 million, respectively.

Located on the 28th and 29th floors, both residences are situated in Miami’s Biscayne Bay with an amazing view of the ocean.

You’ve got everything you expect from a luxury penthouse, with 13-foot ceilings, ensuite elevators, and terraces larger than most Miami apartments.

The ‘living room’ is larger than most apartments in New York or Los Angeles.

They’re not cheap, but amazingly, you get a free car with the penthouse.

This is the Pagani hypercar you’ll get with the penthouse

Both buyers of these two penthouses will receive a one-of-two ‘Miami Edition’ Utopia Roadster, hand-finished by Horacio Pagani himself in oceanic blue to mirror the bay and sky.

Owners will also be flown to Modena for a private Museo tour.

And then, on top of that, they’ll be able to attend a one-on-one session with Pagani to co-design both their home and the 864hp V12 hypercar.

For reference, the Utopia Roadster starts at around $3-$4 million, depending on how you spec it.

And these are more valuable than that because they’re even more exclusive – you can only get the Paganis if you buy the apartment.

In a way, that sort of counts as a 10 percent discount, so to speak.

Then again, if you can afford an eight-figure penthouse, ‘discount’ is not a word you use very often.
