This man had a rather unorthodox use for his Porsche Boxster when he used the front hood to mix concrete.

Akhil Hemadri, an entrepreneur from India, participated in a stunt with a difference.

With bags of cement and water at the ready, he poured them directly on his Boxster’s hood and got to work.

In addition to going viral, this stunt had two other purposes that might not be immediately apparent.

This Porsche Boxster was put to work as a cement mixer

The intentions behind this peculiar stunt were two-fold.

In one sense, it was intended as a protest against the road conditions in the city of Bengaluru.

You see, he’d spotted a pothole in the road and pulled over his Porsche Boxster to make amends.

After mixing the cement and water together, he got to work patching up the pothole at hand.

A message of civic responsibility was laid out in the video’s description.

“Everybody should take equal responsibility to keep our surroundings clean. Ours is a highly populated country, and the government alone cannot keep everything on track,” the description read.

“This video is only to show the strength of Paint Protection Film (PPF), but if every individual takes responsibility, we can also show the strength of our country.”

You may have noticed mention of Paint Protection Film in there.

That’s because Yadav is the owner of H1 Car Detailing.

So this was a handy way of demonstrating the capabilities of PPF.

A promotional plug tied in with a social message? Talk about a double whammy.

Potholes are a big problem in many countries around the world

Unless you’re very fortunate, you’ll have no doubt driven over a few bad potholes in your life.

Or if you’re exceptionally unlucky, you may have taken a ride down the worst road in the world.

You’d need something bigger than a Porsche Boxster to get that road back into working order.

And potholes don’t have any regard for celebrity status, as Rod Stewart found out for himself.

The British singer felt pushed to sell his collection of Ferrari supercars after the road conditions in his neighborhood left him feeling unable to enjoy them to the fullest.

It’s a shame that some local authorities aren’t taking charge of the pothole situations in their areas.

While it shouldn’t have to fall to a man and his Porsche Boxster to get the job done, we commend him anyway.

Following stints at LadBible, The Sun, The New York Post, and the Daily Mail, Ben joined the team full-time in February 2025. In his role as Senior Content Writer, his sparkling copy, the ability to sniff out a good story at 100 paces, and a GSOH quickly led to him becoming an integral and invaluable member of the writing staff.
