Kismet, a popular superyacht once owned by billionaire, Shahid Khan, is not just the star of the seas but it’s now a Hollywood starlet, too, having starred alongside none other than Ryan Reynolds.

The yacht was featured in the movie 6 Underground.

Directed by Michael Bay, the film revealed the luxury offered by Kismet during high-action scenes.

From interior to exterior, the superyacht was fully explored in the movie.

Superyacht Kismet debut in Hollywood

The $150 million film featuring Ryan Raynolds followed the life of a tech billionaire leading a team of vigilantes.

Now, what else could be a better choice than Kismet to reveal the life of a billionaire?

Case in point, this separate billionaire tech tycoon’s $250 million superyacht has $15 million annual running costs.

Kismet didn’t just feature the actors having fun and chilling like Colin McGregor on his superyacht.

While they could enjoy the basketball court and oversized jacuzzi, those who have watched the movie remember some incredible action sequences shot onboard.

Local residents gathered along the coast to check out the exclusive vehicle and catch a glimpse of Ryan Raynolds in action.

Interestingly, a replica yacht was also prepared by the production team at Cinecittà Studios for a scene featuring a poolside shot.

The replica had to be made as Kismet did not have a pool on the aft deck.

You can experience the luxury of the yacht just like Ryan Reynolds

Cinematographer Bojan Bazelli revealed that they had to be careful during the scenes to ensure the superyacht wasn’t damaged

In the movie, some scenes reveal Kismet exploding and sinking. Well, those had to be made using CGI.

The superyacht once owned by Shahid Khan is not just for movies to rent.

You can charter the vehicle yourself for around €1,200,000 per week.
