Shaquille O’Neal has just had his Apocalypse truck upgraded, and it’s now a beast of an armored vehicle.
The NBA legend is known for going big and bold with his vehicles.
And now he has just managed to outdo himself once again.
Because he’s turned it into a glowing armored truck.

Shaquille O’Neal goes big – again
You might remember that, back in 2024, Shaquille O’Neal bought himself something big.
The NBA icon is 7’1″ tall and weighs north of 300lbs, so small doesn’t exactly cut it.
To that end, Shaq bought himself something out of this world – an Apocalypse truck.
Well, he’s now customized the already custom beast.
And it’s well and truly an intimidating sight to behold if you’re on the road.
Effortless Motors is the company behind the mammoth monster.
Posting on Instagram, mr.gotdamnit claims that it is a build worth $3.5 million.
Whether that figure is true or not is somewhat up for debate – at least according to the comments.
What is not up for debate is the level of customization that has been done.
The already armor-clad 6×6 has had even more upgrades done to it.
An aftermarket, backlight grille has been installed, as has an under-glow light.
Several plaques indicate that this armored beast belongs to Shaquille O’Neal himself.
Red leather seats and a starlight headliner make driving in this beast feel like flying first class.
So, what actually is under all the armor?
In case you’re wondering what this build actually is – well, there’s a lot.
The star’s vehicle is actually a Ram 1500 TRX in disguise.
That indicates a mean, 6.2-liter Hemi V8 producing 702hp stock.
This project is the product of several different aftermarket firms.
Traffic Jams Motorsports, Apocalypse 6×6, and Effortless Motors all had a hand in building this beast.

Every single body panel has been replaced with actual armor panels in their place.
Of course, armor equals weight – quite a lot of it, actually.
So Traffic Jam Motorsports tuned the engine to produce much more power.
What do you think of this latest project from Shaquille O’Neal?
