Launched by NASA in 1977, Voyager 1 is one of the most significant projects ever created by mankind.
One thing most people don’t realise is just how fast objects like this travel through space.
An incredible simulation created by YouTube channel ArtSumiit illustrates the different speeds at which various objects travel.
The video, which you can see above, shows just how mind-blowingly fast the Voyager 1 travels.
