Russian inventor Sergey Dashevsky has set a Guinness World Record for the smallest bicycle in the world, and has showcased just how to mount the 3.34-inch vehicle with a wild demonstration.
The best things come in small packages, right?
Well, while cars seem to be getting bigger and bigger thanks to the attractive long-range SUV EVs, this man has decided to use his time making things smaller.
Particularly, he’s made the smallest bicycle in the world, and it’s truly magnificent to watch him pedalling along the side of a water fountain.

The smallest bicycle in the world from the hands of Sergey Dashevsky
Whoever said size does matter is a liar, just as Sergey Dashevsky has proven – no, not like that, but with a bike.
While some people have been making tiny electric trikes, this Russian inventor has been greasing up a bike that fits into the size of your palm.
Standing at 8.4 cm (3.31 in), the bike comes fully functional with handlebars, a seat, and a chain that keeps both wheels ticking over.
Only coming up to your ankle, the tiny pedals can be mounted and ridden, keeping you balanced on a fun, yet tricky, journey.

Sergey Dashevsky has showcased how to do it himself, though, as he maneuvered along the side of a water fountain with great control. You can watch him getting feet-on in the video at the top of the page.
He now sells the bikes in local parks in Moscow, with his Guinness World Record plaque towering over the inventions.
Weird and wonderful bikes
The smallest bike in the world was even given a run out by YouTube page The Q – renowned for putting wacky inventions to the test – as they built Dashevsky’s ‘Big Boy’ from scratch.

But it’s not the only wacky bike that we’ve seen displayed on the internet.
Namely, we’ve seen bikes equipped with square tires and even triangle tires for quite a bumpy ride, and both were tested out by The Q.
And also bikes without pedals, as who can be bothered with that? This is walking with wheels.
Still, the smallest bike in the world from Sergey Dashevsky deserves a lot of credit for its weird nature, even if it does remind you of a circus act.
