SpaceX just launched 26 satellites from California and, in turn, landed a rocket on a boat like it was no big deal.

The company’s Starlink mission successfully lifted off to new heights and landed on a droneship in the Pacific.

But that’s not all from the clever company.

In fact, there’s another Starlink mission happening sooner than you’d think.

Space exploration is literally reaching an all-time high.

From new space stations to asteroid exploration, new facts and figures are being revealed all the time.

For example, there’s a one-legged NASA robot that could even jump straight into alien geysers to find life.

Plus, NASA’s Perseverance Rover recently took a ‘classic’ selfie on Mars with an unexpected guest.

But, there’s even fresher news from the world of SpaceX – in the form of 26 Californian satellites.

“On Monday, June 16 at 8:36 p.m. PT, Falcon 9 launched 26 Starlink satellites to low-Earth orbit from Space Launch Complex 4 East (SLC-4E) at Vandenberg Space Force Base in California.

“This was the third flight for the first stage booster supporting this mission, which has now launched three Starlink missions,” the company said.

The rocket even managed to land in the middle of the Pacific Ocean on a droneship, meaning that the first stage was successful.

Starlink got in on the action, too, and praised the mission online. The company said:

“Congrats to the SpaceX team on completing the first generation Starlink Direct to Cell constellation!

“Working with cellular providers around the world, Direct to Cell enables unmodified cellphones to have connectivity in the most remote areas.”

But that’s not all for the missions, as another launch is coming, and a lot sooner than you’d think.

In fact, according to SpaceX, it is ‘targeting Wednesday, June 18 for a Falcon 9 launch of 28 Starlink satellites’.

So, keep your eyes peeled for updates as they happen.
