Billionaires are taking over a Utah man’s town, so he decided to show the unbelievable level of tech inside their mansions.

A YouTuber from St. George, Utah, explained that ultra-wealthy buyers have been flocking to his small town and snapping up some of the most outrageous homes in the state.

So he set out to tour a series of mega mansions and reveal the wild features hidden behind their front doors.

From smart lighting systems and golf simulators to indoor sports courts and commercial-grade pool equipment, the homes were packed with next-level gadgets and luxury upgrades.

Billionaires are taking over Utah man’s town

This Utah man said that his beloved hometown of St. George has become a magnet for wealthy buyers thanks to its red rock scenery, golf courses, private airport access, and strong community feel.

That has led to some truly enormous homes popping up around town, with prices ranging from around $6 million to $12 million, and these mansions are packed with insane futuristic tech.

One mansion on a PGA golf course featured LED-lit floating stairs, giant sliding glass walls, outdoor heaters built into the ceiling, and a hidden prep kitchen designed to keep the main entertaining space spotless.

Another home in a guarded gated community brought serious luxury with a huge safe room, a sauna, a massive shower lined with 13 showerheads, and carefully designed mood-filled rooms that gave it an almost castle-like feel.

There was even an $8 million Home Alone-inspired property with themed rooms, a model train display, a hidden attic-style space, and a zipline launching point that added a playful twist to all the luxury.

The unbelievable level of tech

The tech was what really set these homes apart from your everyday mansion.

One of the standout mansions had app-controlled smart lighting throughout, with labeled wall panels that controlled everything from chandeliers to accent lights and dining areas.

Another property came with its own golf simulator, indoor pickleball court, basketball space, foam pit, massage setup, and even a cold plunge for recovery after a workout.

Outside, the backyards looked more like private resorts, with giant outdoor TVs, pizza ovens, Wolf grills, putting greens, commercial-style Pentair pool systems, and pools with waterfalls and viewing windows built into the design.

The final $12 million home might have stolen the show though, thanks to its amazing views, oversized entertainment spaces, two full pickleball courts, and a 12-person sauna.

It was a full reminder that when billionaires move in, they do not exactly keep things low-key.
