These YouTubers bought a fire-damaged supercar, which they claimed was the cheapest Porsche 911 in the world.
After buying it, they took it to a specialist auto repair shop to find out just how wrecked it was.
And he was pretty surprised by the state of the car.
“This one may be a challenge for us,” he said.

Cheapest Porsche 911 in the world
Edwin Klinkenberg Evans and Alex Kersten, the two Brits behind the Top Dead Center YouTube channel, bought the fire-damaged Porsche 911 for £5,000 ($6267).
Despite the car having all of its interior burnt to a crisp, it was actually in quite a repairable condition.
While they scored a bargain on the price, the British duo wasn’t as lucky as these brothers who bought a cheap fire-damaged McLaren 650S Spider in America which turned out to have barely any issues.
According to the specialist, he had never seen anything quite like it.
The extent of the fire damage
Unfortunately, the fire had also damaged most of the wires coming from the ECU of the Porsche 911.
That is essentially the part that handles all the car’s electronics, so they will likely have to replace all of the wires.
Fortunately, this Porsche 911 came with an aero kit that raised its overall value.
Luckily, the previous owner of the car had spent quite a bit on new parts before the fire, which was another plus point for them.
Fortunately, they could do most of the repairs themselves, which saved them quite a bit of money too.
In the end, it cost them a total of £10,692 ($13,413) to repair the Porsche 911 and make it track-ready.
