Police in the UK stopped a green Lamborghini for a reason so obvious that it’s actually painful.
The supercar was spotted driving on a highway, but the cruise was short-lived.
Police stopped the car and the driver, dealing out the consequences.
There was also another obvious reason that came to light.

Lamborghini is a brand that screams luxury
The fleet of supercars bearing the Lamborghini badge includes the Huracan and Revuelto, to name but a few.
The brand has some famous fans, too, with Travis Scott a notable Lamborghini enthusiast.
Plus, soccer star Marcus Rashford recently sold his $540k Lamborghini, too.
But, just wait until you see what happened to this Lamborghini and its driver.
The Lamborghini was pulled over by police

To drive any car, a few essential elements are needed, but for one driver they didn’t think about the basics before revving up the engine.
Whilst attempting to cruise down the M42 highway, police instantly spotted that the car was missing something vital.
The car didn’t actually have a front registration plate, which screams disaster.
But you see, that wasn’t the only issue.
The car didn’t have an MOT either, which for UK drivers is a must.
One was that the vehicle did not possess a front registration plate.
Another was that the car did not hold a valid MOT.
According to the UK Government, “The MOT test checks that your vehicle meets road safety and environmental standards.”
Drivers therefore must get an MOT by the time that their vehicle reaches the age of three years old after being registered, or if it is older than three, the anniversary of its last MOT test means it is due for another.
Seems simple enough, right?
The driver faced consequences

After failing to comply with UK road standards, the driver was reported by the police.
The incident happened in the West Midlands region of the UK and was captured by the WMP [West Midlands Police] Traffic Unit.
The unit posted to X: “D-Unit #ANPRInterceptors sighted this #Lamborghini on the M42 without a front registration plate. Upon further inspection the vehicle did not hold a valid MOT. Driver reported.”
