THE La Voiture Noire is here
Kicking off the collection was the highlight of highlights – the La Voiture Noire.
Have you ever wondered what happened to the incredible one-off hypercar?
We still don’t know for sure who bought it – but it has ended up here.
Whoever bought it originally from the Geneva Motor Show in 2019 sold it to its current, secretive owner.
As you might know by now, La Voiture Noire is a tribute to Jean Bugatti’s personal Type 57SC Atlantic that was lost in transit during World War II.

The black-on-brown color scheme pays tribute to that very car.
And the strip that runs along the top of the La Voiture Noire pays tribute to the original Atlantic.
Of course, the one-off gem is significantly more powerful than its 1930s inspiration – it makes 1,479hp and 1,180lb-ft of torque from its quad-turbocharged 8.0-liter W16 engine.
Despite being the highlight, the La Voiture Noire was far from the only stunner in the room.
Why is there a Lamborghini Diablo there?
The German lair is literally packed with Veyrons, Chirons, and EB110s.
There are also a lot of pre-war Bugattis that can be seen in the background.
Arguably, the highlight of the pre-war showing was the pristine Type 41 Royale.
Perhaps the biggest surprise of the collection, though, was not a Bugatti, but a bright-yellow Lamborghini Diablo VT.
This Diablo isn’t actually a misplaced offering; in fact, it’s more important than you think.
Because the Diablo VT actually served as the test mule for the Veyro, and this is the very donor car that was used as the prototype.
