This Cybertruck owner got his hands on a Hummer EV for comparison and found that one is the better daily driver.

He tested both and looked at aspects such as height, charging, and interior design.

For him, one was definitely had the advantage for daily use.

But which one was it? Well, let’s see.

The Cybertruck is a talked-about vehicle

Some people are impressed by Tesla’s EV truck, but, equally, some people aren’t.

In fact, one Tesla Cybertruck owner noticed a major flaw in the design after heavy snowfall.

However, the company recently introduced a cheaper version of Cybertruck in the US, and it’s surprisingly affordable.

In an ultimate test to see how good the Cybertruck is, one owner put their EV up against a Hummer to see which vehicle was best.

The Hummer EV was put up against the Cybertruck

Youtuber Everyday Chris put the car through a series of tests. They rated the tech, design, and other aspects like utility.

But it turns out that it wasn’t his first rodeo, as the YouTuber had previously tested the Cybertruck and Model X to see which could be his daily driver

Both trucks had good aspects, including towing capability and individual bits of design.

He was particularly impressed by the Hummer’s Watts to Freedom mode too, plus the exterior, even going as far as describing the side mirror as being like a ‘mini iPad’.

The Hummer EV 3x truck is priced at $104,650, which is slightly pricier than the Cybertruck, which starts at $82,235 for the 2025 version.

But, the former does have some interesting features such as three motors – hence the name – and up to 1,000HP.

GMC also estimates that it has up to 367 miles of electric range too – which, let’s face it, is an impressive statistic.

After going head-to-head, there was a better daily driver

“Both are pretty awesome,” said the YouTuber when it came to revealing the final result.

But, thanks to the cheaper price and lighter load, the Cybertuck just took the lead – although we must note that both are good EV truck options.

Would the Cybertruck be your winner?
