These US YouTubers bought a boat off Copart sight unseen for $300, but they didn’t expect it to be so big.

The Niko Brothers YouTube channel bought the Bayliner 3055 on a whim.

By the time the boat arrived, they’d paid closer to $1,000.

At any rate, they weren’t expecting their purchase to be as big as it was.

This huge boat off Copart took these YouTubers by surprise

We’ve seen a ton of big boats over the years, but usually they’re of the superyacht variety.

There have been super luxurious ones, like this golden yacht or the superyacht-submarine hybrid, which cost $2 billion.

We’ve also seen a ton of humongous boats along the way too, like this 263 footer and the Top Gun superyacht.

The boat that the Niko Brothers got their hands on wasn’t quite so big, but it was still pretty substantial.

Let’s just say, you couldn’t fit this in your average garage.

Of the two brothers, it was Ivan who scored the cheap boat after entering an auction on Copart.

The size was something of a surprise, and the team pulled out a tape measure to figure out how big it actually was.

The fact that it was 10 feet wide was a blessing in disguise, as it wouldn’t require a permit.

The previous ship they purchased was 12 feet wide and did need one.

Unfortunately, it wasn’t all worth celebrating, as the motors at the back had fallen victim to rust.

How were things looking on the inside?

Fortunately, Ivan and his brother, Michael, found that things were looking pretty good on the inside.

“It smells like an old camper,” Ivan commented.

“This is crazy spacious, though!”

All the amenities you’d want were inside – a bed, kitchen, microwave, and coffee machine.

Considering that the interior of their last boat had been destroyed after it sank, this was a vast improvement.

So, on the whole, the boat was a bit of a mixed bag – but there was a lot of potential for a remodel.
