This California-based YouTuber just pulled off the ultimate DIY garage build with a crashed Lamborghini.

After losing out on a few auction bids, he finally snagged a busted Gallardo for $40,000 and brought it home himself.

Most people would call a specialist at this point. Not Biaheza. He cleared out his garage and got to work.

The result? One of the most impressive Lamborghini rebuilds we’ve ever seen – done almost entirely by hand.

How this crashed Lamborghini became a full DIY garage build

Biaheza, the YouTuber behind the project, first tried to win a Lambo at a distant auction, even wearing a suit ‘to respect its Italian heritage.’

He got outbid – twice – before spotting a 2005 Gallardo just 30 minutes from home.

With no time to research its condition, he jumped in and bought it for $40,000.

Lucky for him, the car ran – just barely.

It was loud, likely not emissions-legal, and had enough quirks to scare off most buyers. But Biaheza got to work anyway.

He sourced OEM [Original Equipment Manufacturer] parts from the previous owner, who even sold him a second key, original wheels, and the factory exhaust needed for smog checks.

He stripped the interior, repaired the cracked bumper and body panels, and hunted down deals on eBay.

Some fixes were pretty questionable (like JB Weld for the mirror), but others – like the DIY stereo crack code or surprise vacuum line discovery – paid off big time.

After weeks of late nights and plastic welding, the crashed Lamborghini passed smog and hit the road.

The final cost? Just over $57,000.

Why this DIY Lambo rebuild could inspire others

The whole thing feels like a blueprint for modern YouTube car culture.

Biaheza filmed the entire process: from finding surprise parts on junkyard parts to dealing with sketchy wiring and custom brackets.

At every step, he showed how far hustle and research can go – even when working with exotic cars.

The project isn’t done in the traditional sense.

It still has a mystery dash light and might need a new sensor module.

But it runs, it drives, and it’s legally back on the road – that’s more than most totaled supercars ever get.

He’s already sold some of the leftover parts to offset costs. But the real win is owning a road-ready Lambo he built from the ground up.
