A$AP Rocky partners up with Mercedes to make retro clothing line

A$AP Rocky is partnering up with Mercedes-Benz to make a new line of ’90s-inspired clothing.

The Mercedes X A$AP Rocky collection will feature sweaters, hoodies, trousers, jackets, baseball caps and bags.

And as you can imagine, they’re not cheap.

Prices range from $60 to $175 across the range.

Some of its more retro-inspired pieces include a white hoodie with the Mercedes-Benz logo, a bomber jacket with an image of a tyre and an oversize orange jacket – to match the car brand’s Magma Orange paint colour option.

Mercedes even let A$AP Rocky take a look around its heritage fleet.

The one car shown here is a concept car from the 90s called the F200 Imagination.

This is what the German auto brand envisaged cars looking like in the future, complete with joysticks and video camera mirrors.

In fact, Mercedes was right with both of those… just take a look at what Tesla is doing.

The Mercedes-Benz x A$AP Rocky collection will be available from Thursday on the rapper’s AWGE agency website and at PacSun.
