With an illustrious guest list at one of the world’s most lavish weddings, here are the cars that the billionaire Ambani family booked to get their VIP guests from A to B.
One eagle-eyed Instagrammer spotted the rental cars parked up on the big day of 12 July.
Mercedes and BMWs were just a couple of the luxury cars spotted within the sumptuous fleet.

The cars within the Ambani wedding fleet
Asia’s richest person, Mukesh Ambani, rented three private jets for guests to arrive at his son Anant Ambani’s wedding to Radhika Merchant – and he didn’t hesitate to rent cars for the visitors, too.
Several celebrities, politicians, and CEOs from around the world were in attendance.
Now footage has been shared by Janhavi on Instagram, captioned ‘Ambani supremacy’.
Recorded from a moving vehicle, it shows a seemingly endless row of parked cars outside the venue where the eagerly-awaited wedding took place.
The video was recorded from a vehicle that was passing by the road where the cars were parked.
Most appear to be premium and luxury rental cabs.
Models include a BMW X5, Mercedes-Benz E-Class, A-Class, Audi Q7, BMW 7-Series, Range Rovers, Mercedes-Benz GLS, Toyota Land Cruiser, Toyota Innova Hycross – we could go on.
Most are fitted with commercial number plates, suggesting that they were hired by the Ambanis’ event management company.
Other vehicles surrounding the festivities
Meanwhile, the groom, Anant Ambani, arrived at his wedding in his father’s bright orange $1.5 million Rolls-Royce Cullinan SUV adorned in golden mesh and flowers.
Even the couple’s fur baby and golden retriever, Happy, had his own car, a Mercedes G400d.
Not all of the family buy into the excess all of the time with Mukesh Ambani’s son-in-law, Anand Piramal seen arriving at Antilla, the Ambani family’s home, in a silver Toyota Camry hybrid sedan for a pre-wedding dinner.
However, true to form for a family with nine Rolls-Royce Cullinans, Anant Ambani was gifted a larger-than-life $1.6 million Dartz SUV for his nuptials.
