An American man looking to buy a Mercedes-Benz GTR had just one condition regarding his purchase.
TikTok user George Saliba was assisting a friend who had his eye on a GTR that was listed for around $140,000.
But he had one condition, relating to his pet dogs, that he wanted met before he agreed to go ahead with the purchase.
That led to a fun exchange full of banter between Saliba, his friend Dave, and the salesman as they tried to cut a special deal for the Mercedes sports car.

The buyer wanted to fit his dogs in the Mercedes-Benz GTR
When the buyer turned up at the car dealership, he had brought along his two lovely dogs.
The two dogs were very large, and David wanted to know if he could fit them into the GTR.
He said he didn’t want to take the car home if his dogs didn’t fit.
So the trio got to work.

Opening up the GTR, it was clear that at least one of the dogs could fit in the passenger seat of the sports car.
However, getting both dogs in at the same time would be a trickier affair.
Unfortunately, the dealership didn’t allow the dogs inside the car, so David had to take a chance and hope for the best.
The trio attempted to cut a deal for the Mercedes
With this in mind, David attempted to cut a deal.
The dealer said that particular GTR was one of the cheapest on sale in America, with it currently listed for $142,000.
As he tried to cut a deal, David offered $130,000 for the sports car, with the dealer coming back with $137,000.
That enticed David, but he said he had to go away and think about it for a very important reason that had nothing to do with his dogs.

David said he had to talk to the boss, AKA his wife, about the purchase before making any final decisions.
Smart man.
David said he didn’t want to annoy her by spending too much money on the sports car, but ultimately hoped he’d get the green light and be able to come back and finalize the deal.
