Bugatti’s first residences in Dubai are being built at breakneck speed.
A video released on Binghatti’s YouTube channel showed the pace at which the project was getting built, and let’s just say, by April 2025, things were looking promising.
Due to be one of the most impressive buildings in Dubai, it’s certainly going to stand out.
For more than one reason too.

In a city of high rise skyscrapers like Dubai, you think it’d be hard for a building to stand out.
Yet, the Bugatti Residences being built in the Business Bay promises to do just that.
We’ve seen car companies breaking into the real estate market for quite a while now.

Brabus was involved in building a luxury island just for car enthusiasts in Abu Dhabi.
There’s also Porsche towers – one in Bangkok and one in Miami – and an Aston Martin penthouse in Miami.
So on the face of it, a Bugatti tower in Dubai isn’t too much of a game changer.
However, this building will look like nothing you’ve ever seen before.
The Bugatti Residences is the product of a collaboration between French carmaker Bugatti and leading UAE developer Binghatti.

The similarity between the two company names is just a further indication that this was a match made in real estate heaven.
In quite a departure from the heat of the UAE desert, the building is taking inspiration from the French Riviera.
This carries through in all aspects of the project, from its curved facade and the amenities soon to be on offer.
Amenities will include a Riviera-inspired private beach, a high-end fitness club, and a private chef’s table.
And that’s just the tip of the iceberg – there will also be private pools, jacuzzi spas, a valet service, and 24/7 concierge support.

The 182 ultra-luxury residences will be contained within the building, including 171 Riviera Mansions and 11 Sky Mansion Penthouses.
Each will be uniquely designed, thanks to bespoke floor plans.
And what would car real estate be, without accommodating cars themselves?
The building has a private car elevator, which will allow residents to transport their vehicles directly to their penthouse.

No need to bring in a crane to do the heavy lifting, as we saw when this McLaren was lifted into a penthouse apartment in Melbourne, Australia.
The Bugatti Residences are set to be completed by 2026.
