California company unveils luxury trailer that expands like it's a telescope

This company in California has brought a brand new luxury trailer idea into the world, with seriously impressive features.

AC Future has unveiled three trailer-like vehicles on offer, which will include many futuristic elements, including the ability to expand like a telescope.

Thanks to AI integration, the trailer could make travelers’ lives easier than ever before.

However, all the flashy features come with a rather substantial price tag attached to them.

AC Future has unveiled the AI-THt luxury trailer

When you were a kid, camping holidays were a fun, immersive nature experience with just the bare necessities to get you by.

Now, though, one luxury trailer has given the convenience of traveling on the road a whole new meaning.

The first time we visited AC Future was in 2024, but this new offering, which builds on that design, may just blow your mind entirely

Meet the AI-THt, which expands like a telescope to offer more than 350 square feet of space inside for owners to explore.

As you would have spotted, the clue is in the name, and the RV contains AI-integrated features, and could be mistaken for something catapulting road-tripping into the future.

The AI-integrated features include Starlink, a security system, and even an ‘intelligent’ water system, alongside the perk of Remote Login Serviceability.

The trailer also features Pininfarina designs

That’s right, if you weren’t already impressed enough, it turns out that the trailer was designed by Pininfarina.

Thanks to its clever design, the AI-THt luxury trailer doesn’t actually need a ‘front driving cabin’, and instead uses the space to provide owners with a bigger living area.

According to AC Future itself, it ‘interprets architectural design elements’ and even combines ‘aesthetic sophistication with aerodynamic efficiency’, which in turn reportedly improves the range and RV’s ability.

Described as a ‘sleek, dynamic habitat’, the AI-Tht luxury trailer is one of just three offerings from the company.

The AI-THu, a transformer home, and the AI-THd, a drivable transformer home, are also on offer, with deliveries of all three expected to commence this year.

But as you might expect, these levels of tech and luxury don’t come cheap.

The AI-THt luxury trailer will start at a price point of $158,000.

Pricey, but with the features on offer, we bet it will be worth every bit of buck.
