Hugh Jackman’s New York City apartment is on the market for a cool $38.9 million.
The Australian actor is listing it for $18 million more than he bought it for back in 2008.
The three-floor apartment has five bedrooms, a library, a spa and a terrace that overlooks the famed Hudson River and New York Harbor… the views are simply *chef’s kiss*.

The apartment – which takes over the eighth, ninth and 10th floors of the building – was designed by internationally acclaimed architect Richard Meier.
On the eighth floor is a massive recreation room with a terrace, four bedrooms (each with their own ensuite bathroom, of course) and a library, which doubles as a guest bedroom.

The ninth floor also features a recreation room with floor-to-ceiling windows (making the most of those spectacular water views), a home office, gas fireplace, kitchen and dining room.
And according to listing agency Corcoran, the 10th floor is home to the master bedroom, dressing rooms, sauna and exercise studio.
And linking all the floors together is an exquisite spiral staircase encased in glass.
Jackman celebrated 26 years of marriage with his wife Deborra-Lee Furness earlier this year.
Taking to Twitter, the actor said “every single day is filled with so much laughter, joy and backgammon”.
“Deb you light up my life. I love you with all my heart,” he said.
The apartment is quite simply stunning, but whoever moves in will certainly be paying for the privilege.
On top of the $38.9 million price tag is a maintenance charge of $42,372.
And tax on the property is estimated to be more than $18,000 each month.
But what’s $18,000 when you’ve got $38 million in your back pocket, right?
The 176 Perry Street property also comes with a full-time doorman and concierge, and has Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s Petty Street Restaurant right below it.
It’s nestled in the heart of New York’s West Village and across from the Meatpacking District, which is basically the ‘it’ place for all the best shopping and restaurants.
