Fake cars on the rise, so to find out why they’re so popular, we put a Fake Chinese Dodge RAM and a fake Chinese Land Rover Defender to the ultimate test.

The two fake vehicles were challenged to the ultimate off-road obstacle course in the UAE, and there was one clear winner.

From climbing hills to crossing bumps and even a harsh drag race, the cars went head-to-head.

For one vehicle, though, it proved that even a hill was no match for its power.

Fake Chinese Dodge Ram vs fake Land Rover Defender: Which is best?

The Dodge RAM and the Land Rover Defender are two impressive cars, but are the fake versions equally as powerful?

Well, in a bid to see which vehicle would come out on top, we put both to the test.

In the ultimate off-roading test in the UAE, our very own Sergi and Nathan got behind the wheel of a fake Chinese Dodge RAM and a fake Chinese Land Rover Defender.

The cars went through some grueling experiments to test their real ability after they cost just a few thousand dollars each.

The first small test was the ‘Small Axle Twister,’ which was essentially a really bumpy road that the real versions could most likely handle with no issues.

Now, both cars passed the test, but with only one point that could be awarded, the fake Chinese Dodge RAM was a smoother ride overall, and came out on top.

But did it peak too early?

Next up was ‘On the Drums’, a challenge that simulates extreme uneven terrain, with both of the cars fighting for the top spot.

The fake Chinese Land Rover Defender took to the challenge easily, but the Dodge RAM, on the other hand, struggled more.

“I’ve never seen a car bunny hop,” joked Sergi as he watched the RAM.

Both passed, but the Land Rover was smoother and got the point for its glide across.

The penultimate test consisted of a drag race, which the RAM smashed out of the park.

The very last test was a tricky 45-degree hill climb, which looked to be a challenge for any car, let alone fake versions.

The Land Rover Defender tried its very best, but unfortunately, it was no match for the Dodge RAM, which absolutely nailed the hill climb.

So, after the crushing hill climb defeat, there was one clear winner – the fake Chinese Dodge RAM.

Fake cars are on the rise, and they’re easy to snap up

With the rising cost of driving, many people are trying to find ways to cut the costs but still have a car in their possession.

Often from sites such as Temu or Alibaba, car enthusiasts snap them up and put them to the ultimate test.

For example, one fake Chinese Rolls-Royce took on a Bentley in a suspension test that ended with a shock result after proving its worth against the real thing.

Plus, one daredevil put a fake VW Golf GTI engine that he bought from Alibaba into his car to see if it would actually work.
