Bugatti is officially marking the end of the iconic Bolide with one final, special example.
The last ever Bolide has been created to mark the end of a ‘profound’ chapter for the company.
The French marque has always had one clear goal in mind with this hypercar.
And it believes this final Bugatti Bolide represents that goal.

The final Bugatti Bolide is here
A Bugatti release is always cause for headline news.
But this one is headline news for a slightly different reason.
That is because the release in question is not the first, but the final-ever Bugatti Bolide.
Bugatti had one clear goal in mind with this hypercar project.
It has always been envisioned as a creation to honor the brand whilst pursuing the pinnacle of performance.
August 2021 was the starting point.
The initial development of the project took one year of thorough preparation.
“The team focused intensely on ensuring every technical aspect of the Bolide met Bugatti’s exacting standards,” the marque said.

Final designs were confirmed in 2022, and engineering was completed by 2023.
For Bugatti, Le Mans in 2023 represented a significant milestone in the process.
Bugatti celebrated its 100th anniversary with test driver Andy Wallace smashing 220mph on the straight.
Of course, obsession with performance continued to be matched by an insistence on excellence.
The end result came with the first track day events with brand clients this year.
Why this final example is so special
Although the Bolide is an extremely special hypercar, this example is even more so.
And that’s because this Bolide is a true one-of-one.
“The last Bolide represents a particularly meaningful chapter in this story,” Bugatti said.
This is because it was ‘commissioned by a dedicated collector and longstanding friend of the marque’.
And this is where the final example of the Bugatti Bolide becomes even more special.
Because it directly celebrates the owner’s own legendary Type 35.

This relationship is celebrated with a shade of blue used by Bugatti in generations gone by.
It is finished in a bespoke specification featuring ‘Black Blue’ and ‘Special Blue Lyonnais’ exterior details with ‘Lake Blue’ Alcantara throughout the interior.
In Bugatti’s mind, this final Bolide is a fitting conclusion.
A modern track hypercar that carries the spirit of the legendary Type 35 forward.
This final Bugatti Bolide is a truly special take on an already special hypercar.
