Ford’s new Broncos have entered unfamiliar territory as fashion edition concepts that combine expressive styling with off-road SUV capability.
Created in collaboration with alice + olivia, the two vehicles signal an attempt to position Bronco within broader lifestyle conversations.
Rather than focusing solely on performance or heritage, these concepts prioritize design and demographic expansion.
They still sit on the Sasquatch platform, but their presence is intended to provoke discussion.

A stylized shift for Ford’s new Broncos
The Storm Floral and Denim Chevron editions are being shown as one-off design studies that highlight Bronco’s flexibility as both a platform and a brand.
Ford has opted for visually bold treatments that depart from the Bronco’s usual rugged aesthetic, introducing full-body wraps, unconventional color palettes, and custom interior materials.
The Storm Floral Edition features a garden-themed wrap that covers the entire body, while the cabin receives white and brown leather seating and a dashboard finished in light woodgrain.
The Denim Chevron Edition incorporates marine-grade blue vinyl meant to resemble denim, paired with camel leather inserts and gold-trimmed interior details.

A sticker-covered spare tire cover adds to its visual playfulness.
Lori Maday, Ford’s Global Creative Director of Brand Design, described the models as a chance to show how Bronco ownership could extend beyond off-road trails to beaches and leisure outings.
Her comments suggest that these fashion edition models are not just about aesthetics, but also about reframing how the Bronco can be used and by whom.
Fashion concept, or market research in motion?
The decision to launch Ford’s new Broncos alongside an alice + olivia apparel collection seems like more than a design exercise.
With women accounting for a smaller share of Bronco buyers, the concepts likely serve as an exploratory effort to expand the vehicle’s reach.
Rather than softening the core product, they add a new layer of identity that may resonate with buyers looking for more personality in an off-road SUV.
The clothing line mirrors the themes of the vehicles, offering items such as a $195 t-shirt and a $795 pair of jeans.

Whether or not the fashion edition Broncos are well received, they generate visibility and align the model with a different kind of audience than traditional marketing.
Mechanically, both concepts maintain the same hardware found in other Sasquatch-based Broncos, including locking differentials and oversized tires.
What differs is the intent behind them.
Ford’s new Broncos have already proven themselves off-road.
These versions test whether an off-road SUV can coexist with expressive design, without diluting the core appeal.
