Decked out with lavish 1940s design and mixed with modern-day boating excellence, this new Ixian superyacht from fabled craftsman Jay Aberdoni is a billionaire’s dream.
This yacht has been priced at a steep $230 million.
And while that might sound outlandish, when you take a closer look, it will make sense.
Called the Ixian, this concept could soon be one of the nicest boats to ever sail the sea.

What makes this ‘Golden-age’ design worth $230M?
Superyachts are getting more futuristic by the day.
With them now being warped into submarine hybrids, or having a Star Wars-like spaceship aesthetic, they’re becoming very, very futuristic.
But Jay Aberdoni has dialled back the tech obsessions and leaned into perfecting the design of his latest superyacht.
Ixian, stretching 328 feet in length, is the Ritz on waves.
It has a natural wooden interior, open bi-fold doors with skydeck views, cabana-style sun loungers, and a rear jacuzzi with the best view of the sunset imaginable.
The yacht has room for 10 guest cabins and a helipad, meaning people can come and go without the yacht having to pull into a port.

Aberdoni said the yacht was designed to fuse tradition with the modern age.
“She fuses heritage with restraint, allowing the essence of classic design to meet the purity of contemporary minimalism,” Aberdoni said.
“Clashing with the horizontality of her profile, her top view is defined by a totally different discipline. Concentric circles radiate outward, defining the space with rhythm and harmony.
“The result is a vessel that does not merely traverse the sea, but inhabits it with dignity, serenity, and a profound elegance that will transcend time.”
Hundreds of millions of dollars sailing the open seas
You might never have heard of Aberdoni if you’re a regular Supercar Blondie motorhead, but his work can be found at some of the finest harbors in the world.
With a handful of yachts in the Oceanco fleet, including Day One, Standby, and My Hermione, the designer has hundreds of millions of dollars worth of inspiration now sailing the open seas.

But, Ixian is certainly the largest, with his previous yachts all being under 100m in length.
In fact, it’s four times bigger than anything he’s produced before.
