Lamborghini unveils a one-off Urus SE inspired by Miami, and it kind of shows

This Lamborghini Urus SE Ad Personam draws its inspiration from Miami, unveiled at Miami Art Week, and it’s fair to say you can tell.

The design is a bit all over the place, but in a good way.

There’s so much going in terms of colors and details but the Urus looks tremendous.

And it doesn’t hurt that it boasts a 800-horsepower powertrain.

The story behind the unique Lamborghini Urus SE inspired by Miami

The Lambo is finished in Blu Glauco, combining greys and black.

The front lip is finished in Nero Noctis with bright Blu Glauco accents.

Grigio Telesto and Blue Glauco were also used for the rear diffuser and wing mirrors.

The engine is the same 800-horsepower 4.0-liter V8 as the ‘standard’ Urus Se, which makes it the fastest SUV in the world by the way, with a top speed of 312km/h (194mph).

As per usual, part of the reason why Lamborghini did this is to showcase what its Ad Personam customization program.

Just like they did with the Revuelto Opera Unica or the Revuelto inspired by Sardinia.

Miami Art Week, the event that inspired the Lambo

This Lamborghini Urus was inspired by Miami, as in the city, but also by Miami Art Week.

Miami Art Week, for reference, is the same event that gave us the Jaguar Type 00 concept unveiled after the rebranding.

Miami Art Week, as the name suggests, is designed to an art-focused event and it is.

It hosts over 20 art fairs and 1,200+ galleries.

But it is also a lot more than that.

Sometimes, brands like Lambo, or Jaguar, use it to unveil cars that somehow resonate with the crowd that attends the event.

Once you look at this Lambo, the reason becomes clear.
