A Mercedes S-Class driver has found themself in big trouble during the unexpected snowstorm in Texas.

The luxury car was seen stuck on the side of the road in Houston, struggling to move in the snow.

A news reporter, who was covering the storm, had to step in and help push the car back onto the road.

But things didn’t go as planned, and the Mercedes ended up spinning again, leading to even more trouble.

Mercedes S-Class struggling with the Texas snowstorm

The video of this funny yet frustrating moment was posted on YouTube by KPRC 2 Click2Houston.

The driver of the S-Class kept pressing the gas pedal, but the rear wheels kept spinning wildly without getting any grip.

This is a common problem in the snow, especially for drivers not used to heavy snowfall.

Earlier too, we saw Texas drivers struggling to handle snow-covered roads, and they were struggling with the same problem.

Snow and ice make driving very tricky, especially on overpasses, which are known to be extra slippery.

In this case, the stuck Mercedes was on a sloped overpass, making it even harder to gain traction.

People without much snow-driving experience often don’t realize that driving too slowly on a slope can actually make things worse.

The rescue mission

After a lot of effort, the reporter, together with another guy, helped get the car back on the road.

But in a surprising twist, the Mercedes spun around again and came to a stop.

Driving without proper tires or with less experience in snow can be risky.

In weather like this, the safest bet is to stay home and avoid unnecessary risks on the road, or you might end up in a situation like this Ford F-150, which needed a little help from a Cybertruck to get unstuck.
