Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang has just shared his vision for the future, where millions of AI agents will work alongside humans.
Once, the idea of artificial intelligence was confined to science fiction, but over the last few years, we’ve seen it move firmly into reality.
These days, millions of people use AI every day, and some people are even falling in love with it.
And with AI advances coming thick and fast, Nvidia’s Huang has shared his thoughts on how workplaces could look in the next decade or so.

Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang envisions millions of AI agents working alongside human employees
Workplaces across the globe have introduced AI in a bid to boost productivity – although one study has found it doesn’t always help out.
However, Nvidia boss Huang is betting that artificial intelligence will be sticking around in the workplace and predicts that in the next decade, his company will be staffed by around 75,000 humans who will be working side-by-side with millions of AI agents.

He made the comments during a Q&A session at the Nvidia GTC conference in San Jose this month, telling staff that future employees will be kept ‘busy’.
“In 10 years, we will hopefully have 75,000 employees, as small as possible, as big as necessary,” he said.
“They’re going to be super busy. Those 75,000 employees will be working with 7.5 million agents.”
That means, for Nvidia at least, Huang is predicting a ratio of 100:1 of AI agents to humans.
And it won’t just be the humans kept busy, either, with Huang saying AI will be working non-stop.
“They’ll be working around the clock,” he added.
“So hopefully our people don’t have to keep up with them.”
He’s previously predicted that companies will ‘hire’ AI bots like human workers
This isn’t the first time Jensen Huang has shared his thoughts on how future workplaces might look.
Last year, he said that AI won’t just be used to help human workers, but will also be employed by companies – much like a flesh and blood employee.

“I wouldn’t be surprised if you license some and you hire some, depending on the quality and depending on the deep expertise,” he told Citadel Securities last October.
“So future workforces in enterprise will be a combination of humans and digital humans.”
Huang isn’t the only big name to suggest that future workplaces could look very different from how they currently do, and there have been concerns about AI replacing human employees.
One study even compiled a list of the 40 jobs most likely to be impacted by AI, as well as those deemed safest.
