This Ohio man revived the ‘world’s dirtiest Tesla’ in an amazing Lazarus-like transformation.

To say that this Model X was filthy would be a dire understatement.

For Stauffer Garage, it was going to be a big job – there was candy and gum smeared all over the place.

Would this task prove too big for the YouTuber?

We’ve seen a lot of disgusting cars over the years.

And as is the way of the world, the job always falls to somebody to clean it up.

Sure, cars can get a bit gross from time to time – who among us hasn’t left a drink in the car by mistake?

But some cars are beyond the pale of hygiene, and are frankly horror shows.

You may recall the Honda Civic that was branded ‘uncleanable’ thanks to its filthy interior, in which cigarettes were strewn everywhere.

Some cars have been in such dire straits that they’ve almost made people vomit, like this Honda Acura NSX inhabited by mice.

And others are so dirty that inspecting them required a hazmat suit.

So believe us when we say we’ve seen a lot.

But nothing could have prepared us – or you – for the Tesla Model X that YouTube channel Stauffer Garage cleaned.

“This thing is nasty,” he said.

“It has gum on the doors, chocolate smeared everywhere, food, and trash all over the floor.

“This thing needs to be completely cleaned out from top to bottom.”

It may be the dirtiest car we’ve ever seen.

We realize that family cars will accumulate some waste – a candy bar here and there in the backseat is understandable.

But this car is something else.

Fortunately, mats had been placed on the car’s floor, so the damage to the carpet was limited.

Nothing that a vacuum couldn’t sort out.

The mats themselves needed a deep clean with a pressure washer, however.

Everywhere you looked in this car, there was mess.

The center console was full of dirt and grime, and gum was stuck to the side of the seats.

But Stauffer Garage persevered and got the car clean again – it looked brand new.

To see this astonishing clean-up of one of the dirtiest cars for yourself, head over to Stauffer Garage’s YouTube channel.
